The Mazda CX-5 is a stylish, fun-to-drive crossover with something to offer to just about any driver. At Art Hill Mazda in Merrillville, IN, we think it is important to know all about the available trim levels for this exciting small SUV. Here is what you need to know about the eight CX-5 trim levels.
The base CX-5 trim comes standard with a 2.5-liter I-4 engine that produces 187 horsepower. Other standard issues include 17-inch alloy wheels, a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and rain-sensing wipers.
The second CX-5 trim adds auto-leveling LED headlights, Advanced Keyless Entry, and a six-way power driver's seat.
The third CX-5 trim adds several features for driver and passenger comfort. These features include heated front seats, an eight-way driver's seat with memory, and a power moonroof.
The fourth CX-5 trim adds several extra styling elements. These features include black metallic 19-inch alloy wheels, black mirror caps, black badges, and Polymetal Gray Paint.
The fifth CX-5 trim adds Mazda Intelligent Drive Direct. This feature adds three drive modes: Normal, Sport, and Off-Road. It also adds 19-inch alloy wheels, steering adaptive auto-leveling headlights, and heated side mirrors.
The sixth CX-5 trim adds more luxurious features. These models include a programmable power liftgate, power-folding side mirror, and windshield wiper de-icers. Additional features include ventilated front seats, a head-up display, heated rear seats, and a heated steering wheel.
The second-highest CX-5 trim adds a 227-horsepower 2.5-liter engine. It also adds gloss-black exterior trim features and 19-inch alloy wheels.
The top CSX-5 trim adds ambient interior lighting, Caturra Brown Nappa leather-trimmed seats, real wood trim, a frameless rearview mirror, and LED interior illumination.
